This was excellent. An all-encompassing overview with lists of resources for further help. There's also a lot of help with mental preparation to undertake this very important job. I have been looking for this book for months! Thank God for algorithms (never thought I'd say that!) because this book popped up as a suggestion when I came on here to re-order a lost math book and it is exactly what I needed.
