Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Orders usually ship within 24 hours; however, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery during the months of August and September. There are a variety of shipping methods to choose from as you place your order. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
We guarantee your satisfaction with the items that you have ordered.
YOU MAY RETURN any item for any reason within 45 days of placing your order for a full refund provided that the materials are still in "new" condition. Shipping & Handling will not be refunded.
SOFTWARE must still be in its sealed packaging in order for us to accept it as a return. We ask that you examine software carefully to make sure that you have received the correct edition and format (Windows or Mac) before opening the item.
IF WE MADE THE ERROR with your order, we will gladly correct it. Please call us as soon as possible at 866-241-8819 and notify us of the error. After verifying the error, we will then send you the correct items and a prepaid return label should something need to be returned. Please note that returns without our prepaid return label will be at your own expense, so please call us before sending anything back.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS are easily replaced. If you receive a product from us that was missing pages, printed improperly, or defective in any way, please call us and we will send a replacement at no cost.
