5.0Evaluated 5 based on 1 review (1) (0) (0) (0) (0) 02/25/2026Amanda E."My oldest daughter took Health and Nutrition through Seton with the former textbook, and we were both a little frustrated. She loved the course, but we were disappointed that the text was a little older and dry. We were elated to find out that Seton was coming out with such a beautiful Nutrition book. We bought it just to enjoy it -- some of my children may take Nutrition, but we didn't even buy it for that reason. We just thought it was so lovely, colorful, informative, and well... Catholic! "
