Pre-K Series 3 Book Set
Description
Adventures With Books gives practice in coloring, cutting, pasting, and following directions while learning neatness and carefulness with books. Teaches the 8 basic colors, how to color correctly, and 3 basic shapes, along with a few familiar concepts, such as up-down, big-small, and left-right.
Counting with Numbers teaches the child to identify, write, and know the meanings of the numbers 1-10. It teaches number sequence and simple math-related words, such as more, less, empty, full, first, and last.
Do It Carefully introduces discriminating shapes, letters, and a few words; writing letters and the child's name; and hearing several initial consonant sounds.
Note: The exercises in each book are designed for the child to do with adult guidance. This provides an excellent opportunity for parent-child interaction. Directions and things to discuss are at the bottom of each page. Each book has instructions for using the book on pages 63-64. Workbooks. Black & white. Each 64 pages.
