Q. I'm already enrolled with Seton. Can I log on to Setonbooks.com with my My Seton account.
A. No. Setonbooks.com is seperate from the My Seton system. You must register on the Setonbooks.com site before you can log in.
Q. Do I need to register and log in to purchase books?
A. No. You can simply fill your shopping cart and checkout without logging in. However, if you do not log in you will be unable to track your past orders or save a shopping cart.
Q. I logged in and purchased some books but the order does not appear in my Purchase History.
A. Due to the way orders placed online are imported into our system, an order will not appear in your order history for up to 24 hours.
Q. I've added books to my shopping cart, how do I save my cart so I can purchase them at a later time
A. If you are logged in, your cart is automatically saved. The next time you log in, your cart will contain all the items it does now.
Q. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
A. Simply enter the email address you used to create your account on the password reset page and a new password will be emailed to you.
Q. How do I change my email address/password/address?
A. After logging in, click the My Account tab in the upper right and then select Edit Your Account.
